Book Talk by James E. Prieger: Tobacco Regulation, Economics, and Public Health

In the three-volume Tobacco Regulation, Economics, and Public Health , Pepperdine professor of public policy James E. Prieger and co-authors Samuel C. Hampsher-Monk and Sudhanshu Patwardhan present research, discoveries, and public policy surrounding smoking. The book assesses ways new e-cigarette policies might balance the risks and benefits of e-cigarettes and considers why policies focused on regulating tobacco, smoking, and use of e-cigarettes often fail.
