Taking care of your body means honoring God, having been made in His likeness (Genesis 1:27), improving your mental health, boosting your energy levels, and enhancing your overall well-being. Join colleagues in exploring the first dimension of resilience in Pepperdine's Resilience-Informed Skills Education (RISE) program.

In this seminar, led by RISE program specialist Jackie Nat, you will: 

  • Learn practical tips to strengthen your physical resilience
  • Consider how the three building blocks of physical resilience influence your life at and outside of Pepperdine
  • Explore the resources available to you as faculty and staff to support and prioritize your physical health
