Apply to Attend the Statesmanship and Religious Freedom Seminar

From Wednesday, July 2, to Sunday, July 5, 2025, Pepperdine University, in collaboration with the Religious Freedom Institute, will cohost the Statesmanship and Religious Freedom Seminar at the Château d'Hauteville in Vevey, Switzerland. Open to students from around the world, including Pepperdine students, the seminar is a high-impact, student-focused program for university students that combines interactive sessions with religious freedom scholars, multisensory and immersive experiences at world- class locations, and meetings with public officials and civil society leaders working to advance religious freedom in the United States and around the world.

Students are encouraged to apply early as program admissions will be confirmed on a rolling basis. Applications must be submitted by Friday, May 9, 2025, to receive priority consideration.

Students selected to participate in the program are responsible for their transportation to Pepperdine’s Château d'Hauteville in Vevey, Switerzland, but all other expenses—including meals, lodging, and program activities—are covered by the program scholarship.
