Attend Dean Emeritus James R. Wilburn Memorial Service

The Pepperdine community is invited to honor and celebrate the remarkable legacy of Dean Emeritus James R. Wilburn on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 11 AM in the Wilburn Auditorium on the Drescher Graduate Campus.

With nearly 50 years of service to the University, Wilburn held numerous influential positions, including Dean Emeritus and founding dean of the School of Public Policy, dean of the Graziadio Business School, vice president of university affairs, provost, and executive assistant to then-president Bill Banowsky. A visionary leader, he earned profound respect and admiration throughout the Pepperdine community.

Following the formal service, a reception will be held on Gulls Way Patio. All are welcome to attend, but registration is required.
