Faculty and staff are invited to several observances of Good Friday before entering Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. Join colleagues in an experiential morning at neighboring Serra Retreat and a service in Stauffer Chapel with a reception to follow. Space is limited. Please register below.

Serra Retreat | 8:30 AM | Stauffer Chapel
Time at Serra Retreat, the Franciscan retreat center in Malibu, invites participants
to prepare for the Holy Weekend and the subsequent service in Stauffer Chapel. The
Stations of the Cross, a prayer labyrinth, and small corners overlooking sweeping
vistas, offer participants unstructured time of contemplation and reflection. A shuttle
will be provided.

Service and Reception | 10:30 AM | Stauffer Chapel and Seaver Board Room
Remembering the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, the Good Friday service will invite
silence, contemplation, and prayer through readings and songs. Chancellor Sara Jackson
will provide the message. Participants are invited to fellowship in the Seaver Board
Room following the service.
