Attend Lecture by Jonathan Koch on the Importance of Poet John Milton's Prose

On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 10 to 11 AM in the Payson Library, Pepperdine Libraries in partnership with the Seaver College Humanities and Teacher Education Division invite the Pepperdine community to a presentation by assistant professor of English Jonathan Koch on "For the Benefit of Pepperdine Readers: Collecting Milton's Prose (1698)."

Koch will discuss the importance of Milton's prose in late Stuart England politics by tracing records of ownership and reading marks in books—especially in the copy recently acquired by Pepperdine Libraries.
