Attend Well Service Featuring Best-Selling Author and Speaker Bob Goff

On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, best-selling author and speaker Bob Goff will speak at Pepperdine’s weekly worship service, the Well, an opportunity for believers of all backgrounds to gather in fellowship and spiritual teaching. The service will begin at 8 PM at the Amphitheatre on the Malibu campus.

Goff is a highly sought-after speaker, regularly engaging audiences at conferences, churches, and universities, where he inspires both current and future leaders to pursue their biggest goals and dreams. After practicing law for 25 years, he transitioned to a full-time career in writing and public speaking. Goff is the author of several books, including the New York Times best-seller Undistracted, as well as Love Does, Everybody Always, and Dream Big. He also hosts multiple podcasts, such as Dream Big Podcast with Bob Goff & Friends and The Writing Room with Bob Goff & Kimberly Stuart.

Goff is the founder of Love Does, a nonprofit human rights organization previously known as Restore International. The organization operates in Afghanistan, India, Iraq, Nepal, Somalia, and Uganda, where Goff serves as the honorary consul to the United States. Love Does has made significant contributions to Uganda's judiciary system, assisting in bringing over 200 cases to trial, and is committed to justice, intervention, and education for at-risk women and children. The organization also established Restore Leadership Academy in northern Uganda, a school dedicated to the education of more than 300 students with an emphasis on character and leadership development.

The Well is sponsored by the University’s Hub for Spiritual Life and is a free event open to all members of the Pepperdine community.
