COVID-19 Booster Clinic on February 1

Pepperdine, in partnership with Rite Aid, is offering a COVID-19 booster vaccination clinic for all faculty, staff, students, and their eligible family members including spouses and children on Tuesday, February 1, from 8 to 10 AM at Gulls Way on the Drescher Graduate Campus.

Booster vaccinations are available by appointment only. Limited appointments are available. To schedule an appointment for yourself or an eligible family member, please RSVP in advance.

To receive a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine,  please bring:

  1. Your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
  2. A hard copy of your health insurance card (if you have one)
  3. A completed Informed Consent for Immunization with COVID-19 Vaccine Form (also available in Spanish)

Eligibility for COVID-19 Boosters (Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J):

  1. Pfizer: age 12+
  2. Moderna: age 18+
  3. Johnson & Johnson: age 18+
