Sudreau Global Justice Institute Featured on The World and Everything In It Podcast

Danny DeWalt, vice president and chief of staff at Pepperdine and executive director of Pepperdine's Sudreau Global Justice Institute, is featured in the episode and shares his experience working on legal reforms in Africa, particularly in Uganda. These reforms include the introduction of plea bargaining into the Ugandan criminal justice system to address the significant backlog of cases. This system has helped resolve thousands of cases, however, overcrowded prisons and a shortage of judges still remain a challenge.
