Introducing the New Pepperdine Chatbot
Pepperdine's IT has implemented a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) and chatbot system available on all IT-related Community pages. IT migrated all knowledge of the previous AI to the new system. Additionally, IT added another 125 articles of student knowledge. This update enhances Pepperdine's 24/7 support for all members of the Pepperdine community and allows for the creation of IT Help Desk tickets if the chatbot cannot answer an IT-related question.
