WSCUC Special Visit Planned for Spring 2025

From March 19 to 21, 2025, a visiting team from the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) will be visiting Pepperdine in person on the Malibu campus. This visit is part of WSCUC’s process to determine the University’s progress in ensuring the critical areas identified by the previous visiting committee in fall 2021 have been integrated into the schoolwide action plan. In preparation for the visit, Pepperdine’s WSCUC Special Visit Committee, with contributions from smaller subcommittees composed of Pepperdine faculty and staff, is writing an institutional report that responds to the issues that were raised during WSCUC’s fall 2021 visit and offers corresponding revisions.   

The institutional report will be available for community feedback during the month of October. A forthcoming announcement will alert faculty and staff of the start of the feedback-collecting process and steps on how to contribute comments to the document. We look forward to your participation in this critical institutional process.
