About

This Pepperdine resource and website is to provide accessible mental health and performance resources to Pepperdine student-athletes. The Clinical Sport Psychology Program's aim is to destigmatize mental health and mental health treatment among elite student-athletes and the college age population. Pepperdine University's Counseling Center and Pepperdine's Athletic department are connected and have created this program to support student-athletes in both clinical mental health and sport & performance aspects.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All individual counseling and performance psychology services are confidential. Any information shared between the student-athlete and sport psychologist will remain confidential and will not be shared with coaches, teammates, administrators, etc. Information will only be shared with written consent provided by the student athlete or when required by law. Confidentiality will be discussed in depth during your first session.
