Introduction and Vision

The "Engaging Waves" Initiative is a Pepperdine University-driven strategic effort that engages prospects, current students and their parents, faculty and staff, friends, donors, and alumni members in a constituent-centric manner that highlights the overall Pepperdine Waves experience and elevates the institution's value, brand and competitive positioning.

Through the adoption of a campus-wide constituent relationship management (CRM) solution, the Engaging Waves Initiative brings together the University's faculty and staff, and business processes associated with recruitment, retention, and advancement under one unified platform and focuses on a life cycle approach that delivers quality and personalized services to all constituents, beginning at the moment when a student becomes interested in Pepperdine, and nurtured throughout the student's academic career and life beyond graduation.
