How a Student Project Led to an Invaluable Interaction: Palo Alto Networks CMO Engages with Pepperdine Graziadio Students

Pepperdine Graziadio students found themselves face-to-face with René Bonvanie, CMO Emeritus of Palo Alto Networks, thanks to an innovative project they had undertaken before an Executive Speaker Series event.

The Pepperdine Graziadio Executive Speaker Series frequently hosts influential leaders from various industries and offers students unparalleled opportunities to learn from and interact with industry leaders. A recent event in the series welcomed René Bonvanie as a guest speaker, but what made this occasion particularly special was the unexpected interaction between Bonvanie and a group of Pepperdine Graziadio students.

Before the speaker series, a team of students had developed a hypothetical project for Palo Alto Networks as part of their coursework. As a result of the speaker series, they were given the extraordinary opportunity to dine with Bonvanie himself and discuss their project firsthand.

This remarkable experience highlights Pepperdine Graziadio's commitment to connecting students with real-world industry leaders, fostering an environment of innovation and inspiration, and underscores the school's dedication to providing a dynamic and enriching educational experience for its students.
