Text Messaging

Pepperdine delivers short message service (SMS) and WhatsApp text messages to prospective students associated with the Graziadio Business School, Caruso School of Law, the Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and the School of Public Policy. As part of these messages, students may receive information regarding financial aid, the admission process, and reminders about upcoming events and deadlines. They may also respond to the messages with questions and comments, or to request to opt out of receiving these messages.

Pepperdine adheres to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
