Villa Graziadio Executive Center

Located at the Drescher campus, the Villa Graziadio is situated at the highest point of Pepperdine University’s Malibu location. With scenic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Villa provides a full-service conference and event center, and operates 32 overnight guest hotel rooms. Guest rooms offer incredible views of either the Pacific Ocean or the Santa Monica Mountains. The Villa is conveniently located close to multiple beaches and Malibu shopping centers.

Guest Rooms

The Villa offers Deluxe, Ocean View, and Premier Ocean View guest rooms. All rooms feature queen-sized beds, free high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee makers, and flat-screen televisions. The Villa prizes excellence in their hospitality, and has on-site event planners who take care of every detail for your event. The Villa offers two conference rooms, two large dining areas, three classrooms, and a 3,000-square-foot auditorium.
