Retention of Counsel

The Office of the General Counsel is the legal counsel for the University and all related entities.  Staff, faculty, and students may not employ outside attorneys to represent or provide legal services to any of these entities.  The decision to retain outside counsel resides with the General Counsel, and only the General Counsel and his attorney staff have the authority to enter into contracts for services with partner law firms.  For further information please contact us at (310) 506-4607.
