Student Employment Office

The GSEP Student Employment Office is here to assist students with all their on-campus student employment needs and questions. Over 300 GSEP students work on-campus during the academic year as Graduate Assistants, Research Assistants, and Teaching Assistants. GSEP Student Employment opportunities are available for on-ground students that are enrolled in courses at the University. Ensure that you are able to hire a student worker (obtain approvals when needed)

    • Full-time Faculty may hire
      • one Research Assistant (RA) for 10 hours per week
      • one Teaching Assistant (TA) per course for 6 hours per week
    • Adjunct Faculty may hire one Teaching Assistant (TA) per course for 6 hours per week with the approval of the Associate Dean
    • Grants allow for the hiring of
      • Graduate Assistants (GA) for 19.75 hours per week
      • Research Assistants (RA) for 10 hours per week
    • Clinics may hire
      • Graduate Assistants (GA) for 19.75 hours per week
