Upcoming COVID-19 Booster Vaccine Clinics
Pepperdine, in partnership with Rite Aid, is happy to offer COVID-19 booster vaccination clinics for all faculty, staff, students, and their eligible family members including spouses and children. Booster vaccinations are available by appointment only. Limited appointments are available. To schedule an appointment for yourself or an eligible family member, please use the RSVP buttons.
To receive a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, please bring:
- Your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
- A hard copy of your health insurance card (if you have one)
- A completed consent form
Eligibility for COVID-19 Boosters (Moderna, Pfizer)
- Pfizer: age 12+
- Moderna: age 18+
