Supervisor Training Series

People are what make Pepperdine special. Continually developing your team members will not only improve the University and service provided to our students, but is owed to those who dedicate their careers, energy, and lives to this community.

As a supervisor, you have the incredible opportunity and responsibility to lead your employees and teams to success. In doing so, you may need to engage in difficult conversations, provide feedback, and directly address performance and behavior issues.

To this end, you are invited to a progressive series for supervisors on developing employees, specifically coaching employees, conducting annual assessments, providing feedback, and navigating documentation and progressive discipline. Please register below to join colleagues in learning ways to pursue excellence and ensure accountability through the continued growth of your team members.
