2024 Retirement Series
The decision to retire is one of the most consequential and difficult decisions faced by any employee. It requires that we step away from a professional journey that for most began several decades earlier and that we find other pursuits that give purpose and meaning during the next chapter of our lives. For many, the decision to retire is compounded by financial uncertainty related to life savings, investment returns, future expenses, and the anxiety associated with this uncertainty. While everyone’s path to retirement looks different, we understand the significance of this decision and the careful planning involved. Whether you are considering retirement in the near term or it is still many years out, Human Resources is pleased to provide upcoming information sessions and a new financial planning benefit to help colleagues get ready to retire and gracefully step into the next chapter of their lives.
