Summer Service Drive Benefitting LA Mission
Human Resources is collecting unused hygiene items to bring joy to those in need at the Los Angeles Mission. Founded in 1936, the Los Angeles Mission is a non-profit, faith-based organization that serves the immediate and long-term needs of homeless and disadvantaged men, women, and children. The Mission is among the nation’s largest service providers to the homeless.
From June 17 - 28, please bring unused hygiene items to donation bins available at the following campus locations:
- Human Resources Lobby, TAC 120
- DFS Pad, Breakroom
- Student Affairs, TCC 210
- Caruso School of Law, Upper Atrium
- Drescher Library, Circulation Desk
- Payson Library, Circulation Desk
- West Los Angeles Campus, 2nd Floor Reception
- Calabasas Campus, Main Reception
- Irvine Campus, Main Reception
Suggested donation items include (travel-sizes preferred):
- Toothbrushes and toothpaste
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Body wash
- Deodorant
- Body lotion
- Washcloths
- Hand sanitizer
- Facial tissues
- Razors and shaving cream
