Taking Ownership of Your Health and Wellness
Prioritizing your health and wellness means living a better quality of life; however, finding the motivation to eat healthy or exercise regularly is often difficult. To further support your holistic wellness, Human Resources invites you to an interactive session with Brittni Paris, Seaver College adjunct faculty and certified wellness coach, where you will:
- Find what motivates you to live a healthy life
- Recognize where you are in the change process and move toward action
- Chart the steps to get you to your ultimate vision of health
- Develop a personal wellness plan to suit your unique needs
After creating your wellness vision and goals in the foundational session, join the advanced session to dive deeper into your wellness goals, honing in on what works for you in the midst of your busy life. In the advanced session, you will:
- Review your wins and learns from pursuing your wellness goals thus far
- Receive feedback to ensure your continued progress on your goals
- Learn how to stick to your wellness goals through challenges
Brittni Paris holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Health and Exercise Science, regularly teaching in Seaver College’s Natural Science Division. As a certified wellness coach, Brittni leads others in living out their full God-given potential as she coaches them to confidently own their health and wellness journeys.
