Estate Planning Foundations
Protect what matters most by learning how estate planning can help you prepare for the future and care for those you love. Estate planning is a major component of planning for the future, ensuring your assets are managed and distributed to your preference, under the oversight of those you trust, and with your best interests in mind.
During this workshop, you will learn:
- How to establish an estate plan
- Tax planning strategies to minimize taxes in retirement
- The estate planning resources available to you as a Pepperdine employee provided at no cost
These workshops will be led by Susan Christopher, Vice Chancellor for Planned Giving, and provide a space for you to get your questions answered by in-house university experts. Pepperdine’s Office of Trust and Estate Services offers these informational sessions without any expectation for you to include Pepperdine in your estate plan.
This workshop will be delivered both in-person and virtually, allowing you to select the option that works best for your schedule. Refreshments will be provided at the in-person session on the Malibu campus.
