March 2022 COVID-19 Booster Vaccine Clinic
Pepperdine, in partnership with Albertsons, is happy to offer COVID-19 booster vaccination clinics for all faculty, staff, students, and their eligible family members including spouses and children. Booster vaccinations, as well as first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, are available by appointment only, and appointments are limited. To schedule an appointment for yourself or an eligible family member, please use the RSVP button below:
To receive a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, please bring:
- your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
- a hard copy of your health insurance card (if you have one)
- a completed Informed Consent for Immunization with COVID-19 Vaccine Form
Albertsons: English / Spanish
Eligibility for COVID-19 Boosters (Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J):
- Pfizer: age 12+
- Moderna: age 18+
- Johnson & Johnson: age 18+
