LLM in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law
Caruso School of Law
The LLM degree in entertainment, media, and sports law is designed for international and domestic students looking to specialize in related fields. The curriculum utilizes a balance of coursework and externships that provides an unparalleled learning experience in the heart of the entertainment industry.
The program is part of Pepperdine's larger network of entertainment and sports programs, including the Institute for Entertainment, Media, Sports, and Culture, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, the Intellectual Property Student Association, and the Industry Expert Speaker Series.
Pepperdine Caruso School of Law also offers a certificate in entertainment, media, and sports law for students currently in the process of completing, or for those who have already completed, a law degree.

Institute for Entertainment, Media, Sports, and Culture
The Institute for Entertainment, Media, and Sports (IEMS) facilitates the education of the next wave of multi-disciplinary creative artists, executives, lawyers, and entrepreneurs who are uniquely positioned for purposeful leadership of the entertainment, media, and sports industries and the stewardship of their impact on culture and society.
IEMS seeks to build relationships with industry stakeholders, some of whom will serve as guest speakers, mentors, advisors, and visiting faculty, as well as foster applied research across media and entertainment sectors with specific application to creative, business, legal, psychological, and policy solutions.
