Faculty and Staff

Find events and opportunities for spiritual formation through the Center for Faith and Learning.

Book Groups and Reviews

The Center for Faith and Learning hosts book discussion groups and faculty author book reviews focused on recent faculty publications that have implications for Christian faith and practice. Book groups are offered on a wide variety of topics related to faith and academia, many times in partnership with other campus departments. Book reviews are modeled after the kind of exchanges that happen in academic conferences, where other scholars will offer critique and reflection on the work under consideration, with opportunity for the author response.

Authors and respondents explore the implications of their scholarship for Christian faith and practice, so that other faculty and, particularly, our students get to see the integration of faith and learning "in action" in the lives and work of their teachers.
