Overview

Pepperdine Constituent Relationship Management offers dedicated, cloud-based CRM services through Salesforce.

The Pepperdine University CRM (Waves Org) connects the teams dedicated to growing our academic programs, advancing professional development, and cultivating strategic industry partnerships.

The portal supports:

  • Recruitment & Admissions: Managing prospective student journeys and enrollment across all Pepperdine University schools.
  • Executive & Professional Education: Facilitating enrollment and engagement for the Graziadio Business School’s Executive Education and the Straus Institute’s Professional Dispute Resolution Training.
  • Corporate Relations & Experiential Learning: Fostering University-wide industry partnerships and managing client relationships for the Pepperdine E2B™ (Education to Business) live-case consulting program.

Requesting Access

To obtain access to the Waves Org CRM, new users must complete an authorization form within Etrieve:

  1. Log in to Etrieve Central.
  2. Navigate to the Forms tab.
  3. Search for "CRM" and select "IT - CRM Security Form." Or you may scroll to the "IT Service Requests" heading and find and select the "IT - CRM Security Form."
  4. Complete and submit the "IT - CRM Security Form."

Sign up for a free Salesforce Trailhead account to learn directly from Salesforce about its CRM.

Pepperdine IT CRM Training Resources

The Pepperdine University Marketing Cloud (MC) is Pepperdine’s official, campus-wide platform for all University email communications. This system ensures our messaging remains consistent, compliant, and held to the highest brand and editorial standards across all devices and email clients.

Eligibility

Access is reserved for designated University faculty and staff who serve as the primary communication senders (1-2 per School or major University Unit). To maintain a secure and compliant environment, all users must:

  • Access the platform using Google Chrome.
  • Log in at least once every 90 days to retain active access.
  • Strictly adhere to University email policies, editorial standards, and CAN-SPAM legislation.
