Pepperdine Email and Network ID
After completing your new hire paperwork, you will receive a Pepperdine email account and a network ID. All official correspondence will be directed to your Pepperdine email so please be sure to check it regularly. Your network ID is typically the first letter of your first name and your last name (i.e. John Doe= jdoe) and will be used to access other important systems through our central authentication service (CAS). Learn more about your network ID and how to reset your password.

Wavenet
Once you have been hired in our HR system, you can access your Faculty Center through Pepperdine's online portal, Wavenet. Your Faculty Center will connect you to your class schedule, room assignments, class photo roster, and is the place to enter your final grades. The Employee Self Service tab allows you to update your employee information and view payroll information.
New Faculty Orientation
This required new faculty orientation will help you become familiar with policies, procedures, and expectations for faculty. Keep an eye out for a formal invitation, but please save the date: August 9, 2022, from 5:00-6:30 PM via Zoom.

Book Orders and Classroom Supplies
Faculty can order desk copies of textbooks or obtain other class resources by contacting the publisher directly. Additionally, electronic resources can be secured from our Pepperdine library. Here are instructions for accessing Harvard Business Review materials. Be sure to place the book order for your students to order through our Pepperdine bookstore.
NOTE: Adjunct faculty are not eligible for reimbursements -- please contact Doris
directly if you need additional classroom supplies.
