Pepperdine, in partnership with Albertsons, is happy to offer COVID-19 booster vaccination clinics for all faculty, staff, students, and their eligible family members including spouses and children. Booster vaccinations, as well as first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, are available by appointment only, and appointments are limited.
Sleep & Total Wellness - UCLA Health Class
In this informative session, Dr. Sam Kashani, a sleep physician at UCLA Health, will be discussing the importance of sleep to the body. Dr. Kashani will also be discussing common sleep disorders in adults and children, including sleep disturbances experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the overall relationship between stress, anxiety, mood, and sleep health.
