2026 Workplace Climate Survey

Human Resources encourages you to share your feedback and experience in the 2026 Workplace Climate Survey as we seek to continually strengthen our shared community and workplace.

To that end, your honest and insightful feedback will assist the University to continue realizing its mission of academic excellence and Christian values in the context of a vibrant community of mutual respect and understanding. 

Human Resources tracks trends to identify areas of strength, opportunities for growth, and key indicators of progress across the University. This year, we are pleased to again partner with Gallup, a leading global research firm, to conduct the survey. All responses are confidential and anonymous, collected and analyzed in aggregate by Gallup and shared with University leadership to ensure all feedback is heard and to promote continuous growth and improvement.

On Monday, March 9, you will receive a survey invitation directly from Gallup (support@mail.gallup.com). Please complete the survey before it closes on Friday, March 20 at 5 PM.
