New Community Employee Chatbot
In partnership with Human Resources, Pepperdine's Application Development team has added employee functionality to the chatbot, ARIA, to make it more accessible to the Pepperdine community. This chatbot has now been added to select public pages such as Human Resources’ community site webpages and WaveNet. This chatbot has numerous employee-related Q&As along with 13 PeopleSoft HR-integrated questions to allow you instant access to your respective personal or business-related information.
This new AI Chatbot upgrade also includes new user interface enhancements such as:
- chat retention while on the same window;
- full voice interaction of speech to text;
- type-ahead suggestions for better answers and understanding of the bot's training;
- new layout for better accessibility and functionality
