Elevating Trust and Safety In Our Relationships
Trust and safety are vital for healthy connections with others. When you trust someone, you're free to be yourself. When you know you're safe, you can relax, let go, and experience peace. But how do you know you can trust someone? How are you being a safe person, yourself?
In this webinar, participants will learn the three main elements of trust in relationships and how to boost feelings of safety. Registrants will also gain insight into how past relationships have shaped them, as well as tools to move forward with more trustworthy and safe connections.
Registrants will receive the Zoom link for the webinar one hour prior to the start of this session.
