Execution of Documents Workshop

Whether booking the In-and-Out food truck for your next event or hiring a consultant to audit your departmental processes, you are responsible for protecting the University by reviewing the contracts for the appropriate wording and securing the appropriate insurance coverage. This professional development opportunity covers the basic information needed to execute documents, obtain a satisfactory Certificate of Insurance, and assist in identifying potential risks when signing a contract on behalf of the University.

This seminar is designed to help employees understand University contracting policies and reduce liability exposure to Pepperdine. This workshop is recommended for every employee involved in contracting for goods or services on behalf of the University or the use of University facilities by third parties.
