Fall Fitness Bootcamp
Start off the fall semester with a new fitness routine as part of an upcoming six-week fitness bootcamp, brought to faculty and staff at no cost. Hosted in partnership by Human Resources and Campus Recreation, this bootcamp combines light strength training with cardio, set in beautiful Malibu overlooking the Pacific.
Designed for all abilities, this bootcamp delivers fun and effective workouts no matter your current level of fitness. Led by experienced trainers from Campus Recreation, you will receive one-on-one support and training tips throughout each session. Join in with colleagues and build relationships while prioritizing your health and well-being.
Equipment, water, and snacks will be provided. Space is limited.
