Are your energy levels low? Do you feel you have no time for your personal life outside of work? Human Resources is excited to offer Manage Your Energy, Not Your Time, a learning workshop designed to guide you to identify which areas of your life need to be more closely examined, and where to implement changes to improve your overall energy levels. During the session, you will identify four major types of energy and practical ways to improve them:

  • Physical Energy
  • Quality of Energy
  • Focus of Energy
  • Energy of Meaning and Purpose
