A Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan is a critical component of environmental safety at Pepperdine University. The SPCC Plan is required by California regulations and is designed to protect the environment by preventing oil spills and ensuring quick and effective response in the event of an accidental release.
