Sports Equipment Rentals
About Our Equipment Rentals Program
Students, staff and faculty can rent sports equipment and lawn game which are available
for daily checkouts at the Student Center at The Mountain during normal operating
hours. Items available include: basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, tennis
rackets, pickleball paddles, cornhole, spikeball, jenga and more!
How to Reserve Equipment
Free equipment rentals are available to current Pepperdine students, staff and faculty via same day checkouts and advanced reservations.
- Daily Checkouts (with same day return policy) -- for sports equipment only, with pickups and returns occurring at the Student Center during its operating hours.
- Advanced Reservations (by email request only) -- for all sports equipment & lawn games, with pickups and returns occurring at the Student Center during its operating hours.
To checkout or reserve equipment:
- Create an Campus Recreation Membership if you do not already have one.
- Same day rental -- visit the Student Center to checkout your desired equipment from our available inventory.
- Multi-day reservation -- email Gigi Fierro, Assistant Coordinator of Campus Recreation, with your request at least 3 days in advance to ensure sufficient time for Campus Rec to check inventory, confirmation reservation and coordinate pickup/return schedules withr renters.
Note: all equipment must be returned to the Student Center 1st floor front desk staff during operating hours.
