 Attention Students! Come enjoy the ultimate napping exercise for FREE every week for the rest of the semester. Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 3 PM and Thursdays at 2 PM in the Fitness Studio, down by the tennis courts. Receive a FREE nap kit at your first class, and earn a FREE diffuser after attending 5 classes!

 NAPERCISE is a 50 min class that starts with gentle stretches to help wind down the body and mind before being led into a soothing, guided meditation that is intended to help you fall asleep quicker and more relaxed. Towards the end of class you will be gently woken up and provided with tools to help reawaken your body and mind.
