Group Fitness Classes and Schedule
Campus Recreation is committed to providing high-quality, recreational activities for individuals and groups to enhance personal fitness, wellness and enjoyment. We offer a comprehensive recreation program that promotes personal enrichment, learning, and development through cooperative and competitive play, instructional and group fitness classes, special events, cardiovascular and strength training, outdoor education, and educational workshops.

Sat/Sun - 9 AM - 6 PM

Please register though the membership link above to create a group fitness membership and sign the waiver before attending class.
Group Exercise Class Descriptions
This class is open to all experience levels looking to get a full-body workout. Circuit Training utilizes a variety of training methods based on interval training sequenced with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
Jiu jitsu is a form of self-defense that focuses on ground fighting. You will learn to get your opponent to the ground, control them, and defend yourself to the point of submission. Jiu jitsu is a safe, fun, and rewarding experience. Come build strength and confidence in a friendly, supportive environment.
Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy, full-body workout is open to all levels of physical ability. You will learn the basic punches like jab cross, hook, and uppercut as well as a variety of different kicks through bag drills and partner drills. There will be no sparring in this class. Hand wraps are highly recommended to prevent wrist injuries.
Les Mills BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP is a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. With scientifically proven moves and great, pumping music, it’s a fantastic and motivating class for all fitness levels.
Les Mills Core
LES MILLS CORE™ is a 30-minute workout that delivers quick results for all fitness levels. Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. Using bands, hand weights, and body weight, participants will build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support the core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything they do.
Lets have fun and party while we work! This class incorporates arm movements such as different types of push-ups, clapping, raising our arms in different ways... all to the beat of the music. We are always spinning to the beat of the music, and letting the song guide us. We include sprints, heavy climbs, recovery songs, and also shifting from a fast run to a heavy climb in the same song, all guided by the beat drops of the song or the rhythm shifts of the song. Get ready to party!
PiYo is a low-impact, high-intensity program combining the strength building elements of Pilates with the stretching and balance work of yoga. It is a fast paced, full body workout with modifications for all fitness levels. All you need is a mat!
This Power Vinyasa class will take you through an hour of connecting with your mind, body, and spirit. With dynamic breath to movement sequencing, get ready to break a sweat and clear your mind. Modifications and advanced options will be provided, which makes this class great for all-level yogis. Learn to embrace your practice with postures that cultivate balance, stability, and flexibility before cooling down with some deep stretching into a rejuvenating savasana.
Unwind from the day with a combination of restorative poses, different meditation techniques, and a long savasana. We will use body scans, visualization, and other techniques to quiet the mind and bask in stillness.
Resistance based cycling ride all to the rhythm of the music. This ride combines choreography dance music with light weights to create a total body workout. Bring your water/ towel and get ready to have some fun!
RISE Yoga equips our community with skills for resilience through mindfulness and movement. Join us for an intentional time to learn how to RISE in all areas of your life: physical, social, cognitive, spiritual, life skills and service. All levels of experience are welcome.
Warm up with spin and be prepared to get energized with moderate to high intensity suspension training. Strengthen your core, gain flexibility, mobility and endurance as you use the TRX to create a total body workout.
Strength begins at the foundation. This class is designed to build and reinforce the mechanics and consistency needed for effective strength training. Athletes will learn how to move with greater confidence and competence by exploring both bodyweight and weightlifting progressions in order to develop a well-rounded strength base.
This style of yoga connects breath and movement to create a flowing class. Postures are blended together in different combinations creating a unique experience each and every time. All levels welcome.
Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga effectively blends two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. The class starts dynamically with movements that build muscles, stamina, and improve blood circulation and ends with longer held poses to relax and calm the nervous system.
