Group Fitness Schedule - Fall 2022

Fall fitness classes begin Monday, August 29, 2022. 


Class Descriptions

Interval Training

Circuit style workouts designed to get your heart rate up and then recovery. Increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. 

Quick Total Body Workout

Cardio and strength intervals using body weight exercises to burn calories, get strong and fit in under 30min.

Power Yoga

Get your blood pumping and your body moving with this 
vinyasa-forward flow. 

Gentle Yoga

Unwind your muscles, reconnect with your breath, and relax your mind with a slow, feel-good practice.

Stairway Workout

get your body moving using a step or stairway for added fun.

Mat Pilates

Combination of traditional mat pilates with contemporary moves. All levels welcome.
