STUDENTS, FACULTY & STAFF with this new system you will just scan your ID Card upon entry to Weight Room. As long as a current waiver is on file and the expiration date on the ID Card has not been surpassed your entry will be permitted. After scanning card we will no longer be keeping users' ID Cards so you can keep your card with you after signing in.
CREST ASSOCIATES will need to provide ID Card to Fitness Staff to have a barcode sticker applied to your current ID Card and in order to add you to the active user database. We will request to take a photo to go with your profile however, you may decline and still be permitted access. When you renew your Crest Membership just provide your new ID Card to Fitness Staff for a new barcode sticker.

We offer four fitness centers on campus. The Firestone Fieldhouse Weight Center is our largest facility and is open to all students, faculty, and staff. The Cage is a semi outdoor facility that is perfect for Crossfit style training, powerlifting, or American Ninja Warrior training. It has many fitness "toys" that you can only find in The Cage. Come to The Cage for the most fun workout on campus! We have two facilities in the Towers and Drescher Residence Halls, but usage is restricted to residents at those locations or those working with one of our Personal Trainers.
We offer a variety of fitness classes for individuals of all levels. From cycling to Yoga to strength training, the Group Fitness program has something for everyone! Classes are located in the Harilela International Tennis Stadium Fitness Center (under the tennis bleachers) or in The Cage (on the other end of the tennis courts under the white canopy roofs). Classes are FREE the first week of every semester, the week before finals, and the week of finals.
Functional fitness in a fun, supportive community. Year, semester, and 1/2 semester memberships are available.

Nutrition & Massage Services
Stress relieving one hour or half hour massages, one on one nutritional counseling, and nutrition presentations for your group are offered at low or no cost to students, faculty, and staff. Visit the Student Health Center for more details.
