Fitness and Wellbeing
Campus Recreation supervises multiple fitness facilities that are available for individual use by the entire community including:
- Pepperdine Fitness Center
- The Cage Fitness Center
- Harilela International Tennis Stadium Fitness Studio
Fitness programs are designed to help students, faculty, and staff to develop healthy
habits and care for their body. Campus Recreation offers fitness instruction through
group classes, personal training and special fitness events. Examples of fitness classes
include: Yoga, spin, total body conditioning, TRX (body resistance bands), boxing,
cardio kickboxing, and pilates. Fitness classes are held in the Harilela International
Tennis Stadium and “The Cage” outdoor fitness facility.
