| Accept financial aid offer in WaveNet | One month prior to the first term of enrollment each year |
| Submit Federal loan requirements (late submissions cause delay in loan processing) | One month prior to the first term of enrollment each year |
| Tuition charges post (red exclamation point in WaveNet refers to charges being due) | One month prior to each term |
| Pending Federal aid and Pepperdine scholarships disburse towards term tuition charges | One week prior to each term |
