DUNAMIS! Professional Development Training
Throughout the academic year, the Office for Community Belonging, in partnership with Human Resources, delivers a curated series of professional development workshops focused on its DUNAMIS! framework. This series is designed to support our institutional mission and operationalize a vision for a diverse community characterized by radical love, intellect, critical thinking, and a sense of belonging.
In these sessions, you will:
- Articulate a clear Christian basis for Pepperdine’s commitment to diversity, fairness, inclusion, and belonging.
- Reflect upon how our commitments and attitudes manifest during our workday.
- Learn to influence your environment positively.
- Explore how you can create a stronger sense of belonging at Pepperdine.
These sessions will be led by Dr. J. Goosby Smith, Pepperdine's Vice President for Community Belonging.
While this is a workshop series, each session is standalone. Attendance at the first workshop is not a prerequisite.
