2022 Step Forward Day
On September 10th, 2022, Pepperdine students, staff, faculty, and alumni will come together to serve alongside other Waves as a part of this year’s Step Forward Day. Community Engagement and Service in The Hub for Spiritual Life has identified the following 4 projects that would greatly benefit from having staff and faculty volunteers:
- Food Oasis: Zoom-based project updating a database of local food banks;
- PATH Care Kits: Malibu campus-based project assembling hygiene kits for the unhoused;
- 5Journeys Planting Trees: Topanga Canyon project planting walnut trees and helper plants.
