Event Planning & Scheduling

Every event at Pepperdine University—whether it's a department meeting, guest lecture, student program, conference, or signature University celebration—contributes to the experience of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests. Thoughtfully planned events not only support the University's mission but also reflect Pepperdine's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and community. All event organizers share this key responsibility to ensure that events are thoughtfully planned, safely executed, and respectful of University resources.

This website and the accompanying resources were created to serve as a centralized guide for planning, scheduling, and executing successful events on the Malibu campus. Whether you are planning your first event or your fiftieth, these resources are designed to simplify the planning process, improve coordination across campus, and connect you with the tools and support available to help make your event a success.
