About the Summit

Join colleagues from across Pepperdine for the inaugural Event Excellence Summit, a half-day gathering dedicated to strengthening how we plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional events across the University.

Hosted by Campus Logistics as part of the University Calendar Initiative, the Summit will bring together event planners, administrative professionals, campus partners, and University leaders to share practical guidance, introduce new tools and processes, exchange best practices, and build stronger connections across the departments that make campus events possible.

Whether you plan events regularly or support them as one part of your role, you'll leave with practical resources, new connections, and a clearer understanding of how to navigate event planning and scheduling at Pepperdine.
