Forward Together: Hope and Change in the Post-COVID Workplace

Throughout the pandemic, the phrase "I just can't wait for things to return to normal" was a common plea from most at one point in time. And yet as with any crisis, challenges and opportunities emerged as individuals, families, and companies adapted and responded to a once-in-a-lifetime event. Over a year later, and as some things return to some semblance of pre-Covid times, the world and workplace have changed and with it the need for employees to ready themselves again for more change.

As the presenter, Robert Scholz, LMFT, has done throughout the pandemic, he will help participants continue narrating our journey as hope, anxiety, and excitement emerges and a changed campus prepares for the upcoming academic year. Strategies and frameworks will be offered to help participants manage this next stage of the changing world and workplace. Opportunities for questions and answers will be provided at the end of the presentation.

Registrants will receive the Zoom link one hour prior to the start of the session.
