Many of us set an intention each new year to do a better job finding the balance between our personal and professional lives. However, it is rare to consistently achieve total balance, which can lead to feelings of guilt. By setting and working toward attainable goals at work and at home, we can find ways to reduce this guilt and feel more balanced.
