Nutrition is instrumental in preventing, maintaining, and even reversing aspects of long-term chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease. In addition, the class will discuss several nutrition myths, including fad diets and exercise regimens. Dr. Hashmi will also be available to field questions that Pepperdine employees may ask.
