Stress Management: Finding Calm in the Midst of Challenging Times

"I'm so stressed out!" It's one of the most common phrases used this year because everyone knows what it feels like to be overwhelmed. Yet, managing stress on a consistent basis remains a challenge for most people. Stress causes the vast majority of physical and mental health problems, which is why it's important to understand how stress affects your body, mind, and to learn stress management techniques to make stress work for you, not against you.

This webinar offers practical skills participants can use to combat stress and to create lifestyle changes to reduce overall stress levels, as well as strategies to employ at both work and home to assist yourself and others around you. Opportunities for self-assessment, discussion, and questions will be offered during this session.
