Supervisor Training Series: Coaching Techniques, Assessments, and Documentation

As a supervisor, you have the incredible opportunity and responsibility to lead your employees and teams to success. In doing so, you may need to engage in difficult conversations, employ coaching techniques, provide feedback, and directly address performance and behavior issues. 

To this end, you are invited to a training for supervisors on developing employees, specifically coaching employees, conducting annual assessments, providing feedback, and navigating documentation and progressive discipline.
